Dear Esoccer Families:
Thank you for an AMAZING and INSPIRING two (2) seasons of Southern Nevada Esoccer!!! When the program started in the Fall of 2011 we had a total of 280 children register for Esoccer and in Spring 2012 we were elated when 415 children registered. We are so thrilled with the incredible response that Southern Nevada Esoccer has received over the past year.
It is much excitement that we announce our 3rd Season (Fall 2012)!!!
After much thought and advice, we have to adapt Esoccer just a bit to meet the needs of our growing Southern Nevada Esoccer Family. Over the past two (2) seasons, we have had a number of families register for Esoccer and then due to circumstances had to with drawl at the last minute. We understand that when working with children with exceptional needs and typical peers that things come up however we want to be able to serve as many children as we can. This also calls for us to be financially responsible with the donations we receive from the community and sponsors. Quite often, when a player has had to withdraw from Esoccer, we have still been responsible for paying for their part of Esoccer.
Starting with this season, we will be requesting a $30 donation fee to register your child for Southern Nevada Esoccer. This $30 donation fee will cover the following:
The decision to request a registration fee was something that we had hoped we wouldn't have to do however to keep Southern Nevada Esoccer up and running this was a decision we felt had to be made. However, we DO NOT want ANY child (typical or exceptional) to be turned away do to financial reasons therefore we are offer Southern Nevada Esoccer Season Scholarships. If your child is in need of the scholarship please check the appropriate box on the registration form and we will contact you to discuss.
Due to popular request we are offering additional Esoccer gear for you to purchase and help us fundraise at the same time. These items can be purchased during the registration period of Fall 2012 Esoccer (May 1- June 30, 2012).
